1. Overview

This website is operated by Tgolabs. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tgolabs. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of tgolabs.com, including browsing the website, placing an order, purchasing products and using any services made available through the store.

By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with any policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy, Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (which includes cancellations) and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

2. Online store terms

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of Tgolabs or any third party.

3. Products & 3D-printed characteristics

Many Tgolabs products are created using 3D-printing and other digital-fabrication processes. Subtle layer lines, surface texture and minor visual variations may be inherent characteristics of the manufacturing process and are part of the material language of the product.

These normal manufacturing characteristics are different from damage, defects, incorrect items or products that are materially different from what was ordered. Nothing in this section limits any rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

4. Orders & acceptance

Submitting an order does not always mean that the order has been finally accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of stock or inventory errors, pricing or listing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, inability to deliver to the supplied address, or other fulfilment issues.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded using the original payment method, subject to the processing time of the payment provider.

5. Pricing & payments

Prices displayed on the website are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and delivery charges, where relevant, will be shown at or before checkout.

We may change prices before an order is placed. If an obvious pricing or listing error is discovered after an order is submitted, we may contact you to correct the issue or cancel and refund the affected order.

6. Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order. Cancellation requests should be sent to info@tgolabs.com or made by phone at +91 83471 46364.

Once an order has entered final fulfilment or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. If a valid cancellation is accepted, any amount already paid for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Shipping & delivery

Tgolabs currently ships only within India. Delivery availability, charges and estimated timelines may vary by destination and product.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

8. Returns, refunds & exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been delivered.

This does not affect remedies that may be available where a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, materially different from the item ordered, or where applicable consumer law otherwise requires a remedy.

9. Product accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, colours and photographs accurately. However, screen settings, ambient lighting and photography may cause colours or surface appearance to look slightly different in person.

10. Product use & safety

Please use Tgolabs products only for their intended purpose and follow any product-specific instructions supplied with the item. Do not modify electrical components, wiring or hardware in a way that may create an unsafe condition.

Tgolabs does not currently provide a separate commercial warranty unless a specific product page expressly states otherwise. This does not exclude any mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Tgolabs name, logo, product designs, photographs, renders, graphics, website copy, product names, design files and other original content are owned by or licensed to Tgolabs and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

12. Prohibited uses

You must not use the website for unlawful purposes; to violate intellectual-property rights; to transmit malware or harmful code; to collect personal information without authorization; to spam, scrape or interfere with the website at scale; or to circumvent website security or access controls.

13. Third-party services

Our store may rely on third-party providers such as Shopify, payment processors, logistics partners, analytics services and other service providers. Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tgolabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products where such liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Force majeure

Tgolabs will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation where the delay or failure results from events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transport disruption, government action, labour disruption, internet or utility outages, or other force majeure events.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with the courts, tribunals and consumer-redressal mechanisms having jurisdiction under applicable law.
